A small studio that finishes things.
CiTech Software Solutions started in 2026 in Veyangoda, Sri Lanka. We build software and AI systems for teams who have been burned by agencies that disappeared at handover.
We stay small on purpose. Every project has someone senior on it every day, which is the only reason small studios beat big ones.
What we hold to
The plan is the product, early on.
Code is cheap to write and expensive to unwrite. We spend the first week making decisions on paper, where changing your mind costs nothing.
AI is a tool, not a strategy.
Sometimes the honest answer is that a database query and a form will beat a model. We'll say so, even though the model would bill more.
If you can't measure it, you're guessing.
Every AI system we build gets an evaluation harness before it gets a demo. Otherwise 'better' is just a feeling.
You should be able to fire us.
Documentation, runbooks, and a handover session ship with the work. Lock-in is a business model, not a service.
